Accommodations for participants will be guaranteed until July 1, 2011. After this date registration is still possible, but availability of some accommodation facilities cannot be guaranteed.

Participant and student registration includes:
* admission to the scientific sessions and exhibitions
* conference kit (final program, book of abstracts, etc.)
* coffee/tea during the official breaks
* Get-together Party on August 30
* Mayor's Reception on August 31
* The Conference Dinner (Heuriger) is not included, but can be booked for € 25,--

It is not expected that accompanying persons will attend scientific sessions. Their registration fee includes Get-together Party, the Major's Reception and the Conference Dinner, as well as a half day sightseeing tour on Thursday forenoon.

All payments for the congress must be made in Euro. Registration must be accompanied by appropriate remittance, otherwise registration will not be accepted.

Payments must be made in full in advance and can be made (in the order of preference) by

• Credit Card (Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners, American Express).
• Bank transfer (free of charges for the recipient).

Credit Card payment must be accompanied by details of the type of card, account number, expiry date, and registered name and address of the card holder.

All requests for cancellation or changes have to be made in writing to the Registration and Housing Office Austropa Interconvention.

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Postmarked/e-mailed until July 1, 2011 - a cancellation handling fee of Euro 80,- will be charged
• Postmarked/e-mailed from July 2, 2011 until August 1, 2011 50% refund
• No refund on cancellations received on/after August 2, 2011.
• Any refunds will be made after the Congress.
• If cancellation is received on/after August 2, 2011, or if the delegate fails to attend, the entire registration fee has to be paid.
• No refunds can be made for any services not used.
